How many people can participate in a group event?

We can accommodate small teams or large groups of up to 100+ participants, depending on the format and time slot. We’ll help you customize the schedule to keep everyone on track and engaged.

What age do participants need to be?

Group and corporate events are open to drivers ages 16 and up. All participants must sign a waiver and meet minimum height and safety requirements.

What is the pricing for a group event?

Our standard group and corporate package is $185 + HST per person, with a minimum of 10 participants. This includes:

Approximately 3–4 hours of track and facility access

Full safety training and orientation

All required gear: helmet, race suit, gloves

Supervised racing formats and event coordination

Complimentary Arrive & Drive League (MADRL) annual membership

What does the group event experience include?

Each event is designed to deliver a full race-day experience:

Timed racing formats (Grand Prix, Endurance, Heat Races)

Safety briefing and driver training

Use of our high-performance karts (up to 80 km/h)

Access to our covered viewing patio, picnic areas, and podium

What should participants wear?

We provide all required safety equipment including helmets, gloves, and race suits.

Please wear:

Running shoes or shoes that secure with laces

Not permitted:

Open-toed shoes, sandals, or high heels

Loose clothing or accessories

Long hair must be tied back and tucked securely inside the race suit

Does Mosport Karting have rental or concession Karts?

No — we are not a walk-in rental or concession-style karting facility. All bookings must be made in advance and are structured as private group or corporate events.

What happens in case of rain?

Our events run rain or shine. Wet-weather karting is a thrilling and safe experience. In the rare case of extreme weather conditions, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event.

Where are you located and who do you serve?

We are located in Bowmanville, Ontario, just 45 minutes east of Toronto. We regularly host group events from Toronto, Durham Region, and across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Do you offer catering?

All catering and/or meeting space inquires are handled through our partners at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park – The Grand Prix Race Track & Conference Centre within our grounds.

At the time of inquiry, should this be of interest, please let us know and will be put in contact with CTMP’s contact who will organize, manage and facilitate your catering and/or meeting space needs.

*Please note all costs and invoicing associated to catering and/or meeting spaces are handled and invoiced directly through CTMP and will not be included within the Mosport Karting Centre Group Event Invoice and Contract.

Do you offer private or full-day track rentals?

Yes. We accommodate private track rentals ranging from 2 to 12 hours depending on availability. These are ideal for large-scale events, media shoots, or full-day retreats. Please contact us directly to discuss options and availability.
